I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as depicted in the photos, but they did have a cozy balcony and a huge comfortable bed, along with great amenities like a safe, fridge, television with 100+ channels, and reliable wifi. The location is perfect for exploring Zurich, and the dining experience offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
